PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT

TOUCHLESS CDC PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE
Fully customizable with four configuration options:
- Send Prior to Arrival Questionnaire to be sent via email or text based on a schedule. Avoid employees and visitors from heading to work if they are considered high risk.
- Auto Text After the Scan, Receive a text with the questionnaire link immediately after a scan. Ensures employees are completing the questionnaire during work hours.
- Present QR Code After the ScanA custom QR code appears directly on the display to allow guests to register and submit the questionnaire directly on their phone.
- Directly on the Device Not everyone has a smartphone, this option allows employees to get scanned and complete the questionnaire process directly on the touch screen.*
